Connecting Melbourne, FL: Immediate Care, Lasting Stability

We meet individuals exactly where they are through our Mobile Street Outreach program across Brevard County, Florida.

Through our outreach access points, Providence Connects and partner agencies come together in coordinated hubs to connect neighbors with immediate care, resources, and pathways toward stability. Our team collaborates with trusted organizations such as Circles of Care, Streetside Showers, Streetside Closet, and others to ensure individuals are linked to the right support at the right time.

This model creates a clear and compassionate entry point for in-person engagement, allowing individuals to receive immediate support while being connected to longer-term services and recovery pathways.
