1) Technical Knowledge
2) External Communication
3) Internal Image & Communication
Technical knowledge isn’t only considered to be the knowledge of the products but of the back office systems as well. Technical knowledge is how you take a prospect from a lead to the client, associate or buyer. This term is used to relate to how you choose to run your business through recording information, collecting money and sending out different products.
In business, external communication is extremely important because it is how the market learns about all of your products and that you are interested in selling them. Once you have made contact, you are able to capture their interested by providing all of them with what they really want. You’re not providing them with what they need, but instead, what they want.
External communication is going to be the marketing that you do, all of the ads that you run and the articles that you print. External communication is what you have at your very first meeting with the client and it is also the presentation that the client sees in print, the online presence and the product.
Self Image or Internal Communication is the most important out of all three areas. Internal communication is able to be proven within testing over and over that all of the entrepreneurs that are most successful sales people possess extremely high levels of self confidence. It provides you with the opportunity to learn a lot quicker and to not be afraid in order to make all of the moves necessary for you to be successful.
Internal communication is ninety percent of the cause of your success or your failure within any business. However, it is more pronounced within the world of businesses that are home based. The key is to develop a strong level of self-confidence through personal development guides.
